Structure: Separate double-shell design with circulating insulation. High-quality stainless steel with anti-rust treatment and electrostatic coating, compliant with international lab standards.
Hot zone: 4-layer molybdenum foil (internal) and 3-layer stainless steel (external). No volatile emissions at high temperature, meeting international industry standards.
Heating element: High-quality Mo-La alloy heater with annular design for excellent temperature uniformity, heating workpieces uniformly from multiple directions.
Auto operation: One-touch start after programming. Fully automatic from heating to cooling — no operator attendance required.
Alarm: Automatic alarm and protection upon abnormal over-temperature detection during operation.
Monitoring: Power and heating indicator lights on control panel for real-time status monitoring.
Safety: Circuit breaker on side panel. Pneumatic breaker auto-activates on short circuit or leakage to prevent injury and equipment damage.
