Sliding Rapid Cooling Tube Furnace

Product Overview

The sliding tube furnace uses high-purity quartz tubes covering 0°C to 1200°C. With excellent safety, operability, and temperature control, it supports atmosphere control and vacuum operation. Widely used for graphene growth, sintering, CVD experiments, and vacuum annealing.

Features

Max temperature: 1200°C (FeCrAl resistance wire)

Intelligent control: 50-step programmable automatic control system.

Safety:

Over-temperature protection: automatic power cut when exceeding set value.

Leakage protection: automatic power cut upon leakage detection.

Double-layer air-cooling system keeps exterior surface temperature below 50°C.

High-quality insulation: Vacuum-formed alumina polycrystalline fiber using Japanese technology for superior thermal insulation.

Sealing: SUS304 stainless steel KF quick-release flanges.

Rapid cooling: Motorized slide rail (1200mm standard). Furnace body moves automatically for rapid cooling without manual intervention — ideal for quenching experiments.

Precision control:

Heating rate: ≤20°C/min

Temperature control accuracy: ±1°C

Max vacuum: -0.1 MPa

High vacuum: Up to 7×10⁻³ Pa with molecular pump unit.
