The rotary tube furnace is designed for excellent uniformity in inorganic compound sintering. Ideal for Li-ion battery conductive coating anode materials, uniform drying and calcination of powder materials. Tiltable up to 30° with 360° tube rotation. Available in 2-zone configuration.
Max temperature: 1200°C
Control: Intelligent 50-step programmable automatic temperature control.
Heating: Rate 0-20°C/min, accuracy ±1°C.
Observation: Top-opening lid design enables real-time sample observation during heating.
Tilt: Adjustable 0-30° for easy material loading/unloading.
Rotation: 0-15 rpm (forward/reverse). 3 quartz lifter plates inside the tube for thorough material turnover and uniform heating.
Safety: Auto power-off on lid opening, over-temperature alarm, leakage protection.
